Room rates are per night and after a peaceful slumber include breakfast which is served between 8.00am – 9.00am (8.30am – 9.30am weekends).
To note there is just 1 room per floor, we have nothing on the ground floor, so they are on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor which is in the eaves.
