TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR NO.9


Terms and Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all reservations at no.9 bed and breakfast and we ask you take the time to read them prior to booking.

Reservations

A reservation constitutes a legally binding contract between you and no.9 and comes into effect as soon as the booking confirmation is issued. Reservations are only confirmed when a valid credit or debit card is provided via the booking journey which is supported by InnStyle and CardStream.

Arrival and departure

Guests may check-in at any time from 3.00 p.m. on the scheduled day of arrival, however should alternative arrangements be required please do let us now. In case of a no-show by midnight local time on the day of arrival, we will no longer be obligated to hold your room and reserve the right to cancel your entire reservation, please refer to cancellation clause regarding fees. 

On the day of departure we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 11.00 a.m. 

Prices

All prices quoted are per room per night and inclusive of VAT at the current rate where applicable. 

Payment

Payment is made via the booking journey facilitated by Innstyle Payment Management System using CardStream as the Payment Gateway and Cardnet as the Payment Acquirer. 

All major credit and debit cards can be used for payment. 

Payments is due in full 72hrs prior to 2pm on the arrival date.  

Cancellations, Amendments & Refunds

Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 2pm, 72 hours before arrival. Bookings cancelled after this time will incur a full charge for the entire stay.

Amendments are only possible subject to availability and the prices are subject to change accordingly. Should we not be in a position to accommodate your requested amendment, your booking will be cancelled and a full refund issued provided that such cancellation occurs on or before the specified cancellation deadline, failing which the terms described in this cancellation clause shall apply.

Where bookings have been paid well in advance of the 72hs of arrival but is then cancelled prior to this 72hr cancellation period a full refund will be paid back onto the card that was used to pay for the booking.

Pets

Due to the limit rooms I’m afraid we operate a no pet policy.
